Deluxe Room facilities and exclusive offers can be savored at our Deluxe Suites. The rooms offer King Size beds to do away all the tiredness that you gather throughout the day long with exquisite services and facilities including a Mini bar, Tea/coffee kettle.
Arrival & Departure Policy
- Check-in-02:00 pm
- Check-out-12:00 noon
- Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night or it is on chargeable basis.
- Late check-outs are available on request and subject to room availability upto 14.00 hours. Additional half day charges (50% of Published Rate) are applicable for extension over 14.00 hours upto 18.00 hours and a full night charge for extension over 18.00 hours.
Guarantee Policy
- All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a credit card, travel agency or by company.
- In the case of guests settling their account by credit card or cash, pre-payment is required for the entire amount of the room charge and anticipated extras i.e. food and beverage etc. is obtained upto check-in.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation charges are applicable as per the booking terms and conditions detailed on the reservation confirmation.
- Reservation must be cancelled atleast 48 hours prior to the planned date of arrival to avoid cancellation charge of 01 night room charge.
Child Policy
- Two children up to 5 years of age can stay in the parent's room free of charge without an extra mattress.
- For a child between 5 to 10 years a charge of INR 1200+ taxes on is applicable without an extra mattress. Charges with extra mattress included will be INR 1500+ taxes.
- A charge of INR 1500+ taxes applicable for an extra person over 10 years with or without extra mattress.
